Registration Procedure:
1. The age of each participant will be determined as of December 31, 2009.
Example: If age on December 31, 2009 is one day less than 9 years then Age Group
is 6-8 years (Group I). If age on December 31, 2009 is 9 years or 1 day more
then Age Group is 9-11 years (Group II).
2. Zonal convener may allow a younger child to participate in a higher age group.
3.
Any participant who won first position at the International level will not be
able to participate in the same age group.
Registration Fee: US $20.00 per participant.
Awards & Prizes:
Center level: (Groups 1, 2, 3, & 4) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Position Awards and winner
Prizes.
Zonal level: (Groups 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Position Awards and winner
Prizes.
International level:
1st, 2nd, & 3rd Positions medals. Winner medal to all other
participants.
Punjabi speaking awards at center/zonal/international level.
If stated at the time of registration first & second prize winners at center level participates at the zonal level.
Only the first prize winner at the zonal level participates at the international level.

1. Please send photograph of each International Participant (with name, age
group and
zone name written on the back or in the file name of the electronic image) to the host Zonal Convener to ensure inclusion in
the Publication. 2. 1/3rd Registration fee must reach the Head Office in New York by June
15, 2010 for the participants to be eligible to participate at the International
Symposium.
